How to Use the Air Pouch (Paper)

Follow the illustration and the steps below.

How to use the paper pouch: 1 insert one power bank, 2 fold the top flap once, 3 peel off the tape liner, 4 fold once more to seal. If a battery gets hot, swells or smokes on board, do not open the pouch and call the cabin crew. Tap to enlarge

Steps

  1. 1

    Insert — Put one power bank inside.

  2. 2

    First fold — Fold the top flap down once.

  3. 3

    Peel the liner — Peel the release liner off the tape.

  4. 4

    Second fold & seal — Fold once more to seal the pouch. Hold it only by the folded top.

If a battery gets hot, swells or smokes on board

  1. 1

    Do not open the pouch.

  2. 2

    Call a flight attendant.

  3. 3

    Follow the crew's instructions.

  4. 4

    The crew will extinguish it in the galley.

Precautions

  • Do not charge or operate any device inside the pouch.
  • If the pouch gets wet or damp, do not dry and reuse it — replace it with a new one.
